Boogie Butler serves as the Lead Pastor of 12 Oaks Baptist Church, faithfully preaching God’s Word and shepherding the church with a heart for discipleship, prayer, and gospel-centered living. He is passionate about helping people grow in their love for Christ and encouraging the church to live on mission for God’s glory. Boogie believes the local church is God’s primary means for reaching the world and is committed to leading with humility and faithfulness. He is married to Laura, and together they have two children, Macy and Jude.

Ross Buchanan serves as Executive Pastor at 12 Oaks Baptist Church, overseeing operations, communications, media, and finances while helping provide structure and strategy that support the church’s mission. He is passionate about building healthy systems, equipping leaders, and ensuring ministry flows with clarity and excellence. Ross enjoys teaching, planning, and helping teams thrive together. He is married to McKenzie, and they have two children, Hallee and Baylor. As a family, they enjoy traveling—almost always with some kind of connection to a Disney trip.

Jake McPheron serves as the Worship and Missions Pastor at 12 Oaks Baptist Church, leading the church in Christ-centered worship and helping cultivate a heart for missions locally and globally. He is passionate about developing worship leaders, shaping worship environments that point to Christ, and equipping the church to live sent. Jake is married to Emmalee, and together they have three children: Jasey, Micaiah, and Ellieana.

Ashley Mitchell serves as the Kids Director at 12 Oaks Baptist Church, leading teams and partnering with families to disciple children in a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment. She is passionate about helping kids understand God’s Word and equipping volunteers to serve with confidence and joy. Ashley is married to Vince, and they have three children: McCoy, Tucker, and Mallie.

Jessica Sills serves as the Worship Assistant at 12 Oaks Baptist Church, supporting the worship ministry through vocals, preparation, and team involvement. She enjoys serving alongside the worship team and helping create worship gatherings that are focused, reverent, and Christ-honoring. Jessica is married to Tyler, and together they have two children, Eli and Arlo.

Danny Orazine serves in Pastoral Care and leads the Classics Adult ministry at 12 Oaks Baptist Church. He has a shepherd’s heart for caring for others through prayer, encouragement, and faithful presence. Danny regularly visits area nursing homes, where he provides weekly devotionals and spends time ministering to residents. He is married to Rudele, and together they value staying connected to the church family and serving wherever there is a need.

Bella Adams serves as the Ministry Assistant at 12 Oaks Baptist Church, supporting staff and ministry teams while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. She brings a welcoming spirit, strong organization, and a genuine love for people to her role. Bella especially enjoys loving on kids and building relationships across the church family, always ready to help wherever she’s needed.

Vara Powell serves as the Cook at 12 Oaks Baptist Church, preparing meals that foster fellowship and connection within the church family. She views hospitality as a ministry and enjoys serving others through food, care, and consistency. Vara’s behind-the-scenes service plays an important role in making church gatherings welcoming and warm.

Tyler Sills serves as the Interim Student Director at 12 Oaks Baptist Church, providing leadership and encouragement to students and families during this season. He is passionate about helping students build a strong foundation of faith and remain connected to the life of the church. Tyler also volunteers with Idols Aside Ministry, investing in discipleship and walking alongside men in their spiritual growth. He is married to Jessica, and they have two children, Eli and Arlo.
